Trauma Void™’s EQ3™ helmet is the wave of the future, and the next step in brain protection technology for the equine industry. The most important component of the EQ3 helmet design is the incorporated Multi-Directional Impact Protection System (“MIPS”) technology, which has been used in bike, motor, and snow helmets for years.

Safety may be the first priority of Trauma Void’s EQ3 helmet, but it has also been designed for comfort, style, and affordability. The design features a removable and washable Coolmax® lining inside with great ventilation, and it is being offered in black!

The Microfiber Helmet comes equipped with:

Care Instructions for Your Helmet

- Your helmet should be kept in a temperature-controlled environment when not being used. Extreme temperatures as well as fluctuating temperatures can be detrimental to the integrity of the shock-absorbing materials within the helmet.

- The inner Coolmax lining of your helmet can be removed and hand washed if needed. the microfiber shell helmet can be spot cleaned with warm water and a damp cloth.

You should never clean your helmet with any alcohol-based liquid, as this will damage the helmets.

Helmet Fitting/Measuring:

To measure your head for the best fit, use a tape measure in centimeters. Place the tape measure 1-1 ½ cm above the eyebrows (it should skim the tops of the ears), and take it round to the fullest part of the head. This is the circumference of your head in centimeters, To find your size, round up to the nearest centimeter and go up one size from that measurement.

Please note that the riders hair should be as worn when using the helmet.
